TEACHING POSITION CONDITIONS IN QAU


Conditions for Teaching Position

1.
Five copies of the applications/dossiers duly bind  (in case of Professor & Associate Professor  and  two copies of applications/dossiers (in case of Assistant Professor  & Lecturer) on the prescribed profoma along-with attested documents(i) degrees/certificates  (ii)  experience certificate  (iii)  CNIC  (iv) Domicile (v)  2-recent photographs, fully bound with a Pay order, Bank Draft  or  paid  Challan for Rs.2000/-  for each position drawn in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University should reach the Assistant Registrar (Establishment) Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad by  25-07-2011.

Applications for teaching posts from abroad may be sent along-with US $ 100 as application fee   by 05-08-2011.
3.
The candidates applying under both systems (BPS/TTS) should submit separate applications along with complete documents together with required Pay order, Bank Draft etc.  for each application.
4.
Application forms are available at the University website and the same can also be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar (Establishment). Further information can be obtained on phone No.051-90644083
5.
Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by due date and submit service certificates issued by their present and former employers, otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
6.
The selected candidates will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University Service Statutes and rules/regulations from time to time.
7.
Those who have previously applied for a position should apply afresh.
8.
The University reserves the rights to increase/decrease the number of posts, not to fill any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised post or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
9.
Applications that are incomplete (in any case) or received after due date shall not be entertained by any means.
10.
The candidates applying for the posts must enlist the attached documents with signature.
11.
In case of Lecturer/Assistant Professor only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
12.
Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases.
13.
The final selection of the candidates on TTS would be subject to the endorsement of appointments by HEC.
