| Qualifications & Experience |
| Ph.D. from an HEC recognized Institution in the relevant field. 15-years teaching/research (including 8-years Post-Ph.D. experience) in HEC recognized University OR a post-graduate Institution OR professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. OR 8-years Post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University OR a post-graduate Institution OR professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. 15-research publications (with at least 5-publications in the last 5-years), in HEC recognized journals. |
The positions would be filled in as per following criteria and terms and conditions;
| (i) | Appointee on the above mentioned posts would continue to be in BPS-21. However, once appointed as Director, he/she may apply for Tenure Track System under the rules. |
| (ii) | Upper-age limit : The age limit may be read as 55 years but the Selection Board may relax depending upon qualifications, experience and exceptional profile. |
| (iii) | The appointment would be made for a tenure of four year. If the selected candidates do not belong to the Centre the appointment would be made either on deputation or on contract basis. |
| (iv) | The Director who served for one tenure may apply again. |
